Emma Green is an economics consultant in the Economic Growth and Impact Practice at Genesis Analytics. She specialises in regulatory impact assessments, economic impact assessment, public policy analysis, corporate impact and stakeholder engagement for public and private sector clients.

Emma instructs the Udemy course entitled, "Regulatory Impact Assessment tools and techniques". The course draws on her experience conducting regulatory impact assessments for various governments and industry bodies.

Emma holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and an honours degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town (UCT).
