About me
Emirhan is a 27 years old software engineer, designer, speaker, mentor and instructor. He is the only scholarship invited by Apple to their World Wide Developers Conference from Turkey in ’16 and ’17. He is also one of the 13 scholarships in nearly 400 who was given the opportunity to interview with the international press and share their projects with Tim Cook, CEO of Apple.
Emirhan endeavors to create the infinite loop between the three; learn, experience and share.
He has founded a software agency, “Appyist” in 2016 to develop and design delightful application and software services for Apple eco-system. He has developed more than 15 projects for many enterprise and tech startups, including ING Bank and the biggest local spice seller Arifoglu.
Emirhan has an endless energy and passion to share knowledge for generations to discover the beautiful world behind the high walls of educational institutions. Organizes inspirational and educational events to spread the culture of sharing at high schools & universities. In light of his mission, he founded TurkishKit in 2017. TurkishKit creates a pleasant place for high school & university students who are new to coding and thrilled to create the next cutting edge applications in the world of Apple and its culture by providing design & coding training events, digital articles and a community.
His enthusiasm of technology and the culture of sharing led him to found Ventence, a digital news publication that creates contents to inspire people who are interested in technology, automobiles, space & aviation and more. Shortly after Ventence was founded, it was accepted as a news source by Google and its entries started listing in Google News, Bundle (The biggest news app in Turkey), Gather, Nabız and many more.
Emirhan also took part as a speaker 2 times at TEDx events in Istanbul. He was invited to inspire high school students to pursue their dreams regardless of the huge software culture gap in Turkey.
He is also the youngest person to be selected as a mentor for Google’s global acceleration program, “Launchpad” in 2016 and often meets with high school students to share his extraordinary experiences from the times he had at Silicon Valley. More than 2.000 students attended to his presentations around the country.
