I am a burnout artist and educator working at the intersection of original art, emotional literacy, and burnout recovery.
My work is built on years of coaching professional women through burnout one-to-one and in group settings, combined with a personal experience of burnout that led me to create the Unnamed collection, twelve original acrylic paintings depicting the specific emotional states that burnout creates in high-achieving women.
I work with individuals and organisations to make burnout visible, nameable, and addressable through coaching, facilitated workshops and retreats, and art that holds what language cannot reach.
