So, who am I exactly, and why should you consider purchasing my courses?
Great question!
My name is Elliot J. Gindis. I reside in Los Angeles, and I am a financial advisor and financial coach.
I started managing my money and investing in the 1990s, when I was in my early 20s, and back then there wasn't much of an internet (or Udemy) around to easily look up answers to financial questions. I ended up trying just about every approach with varying levels of success. It was an expensive way to educate myself, but the valuable 'real-life' experience stayed with me for a lifetime.
Over the years, my interest in personal finances and investing, as well as real estate and insurance, led me to earn a number of licenses and accreditations, and today I am a Series 6, 63, and 65 Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and a long-time personal finance educator and coach. I also continue to hold and active California real estate license, an active California life insurance agent license, and an active California Mortgage Loan Officer license, adding much greater depth to my advisement and coaching work.
These formal credentials however only serve to back up my hands-on experience and learning by doing, as well as endless self-education. As a result, everything I teach in my courses I had personal experience with. From figuring out exactly how credit is shaped, to how budgeting works, to how to properly pay off debt.
My Personal Finance MasterSeries are a culmination of many years of real world trial-and-error, combined with solid personal finance theory that any advisor or financial educator worth their salt would need to convey.
These courses are clearly laid out, and packed with solid actionable advice on how to manage your money. There is no filler, and no sugarcoating what needs to be done to achieve financial discipline and independence. It'll take some effort, but the tools are there for you to use. May these courses help you in your personal and financial journey.
