I am a Life Coach with a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology. Shortly after I began my Life Coaching career 12 years ago, I started to volunteer at a metaphysical church helping to run their healing program. I eventually began training healers to implement psychological methods. This grew our volunteer program immensely and inspired me to start teaching an array of courses. Over the past 9 years I have held retreats and taught courses such as; Techniques for Healing Trauma, NLP, Reiki, and Advanced Psychological Methods.

My passion for teaching in person has now lead me to expanding my teachings into the global community. I am so happy to be here with you all on Udemy.
