Ekata Deb is an interdisciplinary academician and researcher with a focus on the intersection of law, psychology, and technology. She has a strong background in both engineering and the social sciences, holding degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Behavioral Sciences, and Clinical Psychology. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Law (Cyber & Technology Law) at Alliance University. Her research explores topics like the convergence of AI and law, criminal responsibility for individuals with mental health issues, and the impact of AI on various aspects of the legal and criminal justice system.
