Dr. Edna Lima has taught academic writing and writing for research for 15 years. She has taught academic writing for social sciences, hard sciences (including engineering and computer sciences), medical sciences, and humanities.
She is an Associate Professor of Instruction at a university in the U.S. where she is currently teaching Writing for Research to domestic and international graduate students, Oral Communication Skills for International Teaching Assistants, and Computers in Language Teaching II for MA students in Linguistics. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics & Technology from Iowa State University.
