After five years of professional experience with implementing Business Central and Power Platform tools for customers in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and the USA, I do want to share my knowledge on Udemy.

I received my PhD in History with an award-winning book from the University of Hamburg in 2013 after having studied at the Universities of Karlsruhe (Germany) and Nottingham (UK). Afterwards, I worked as an editor and product manager at a publishing house specializing in history, while at the same time publishing a three-volume source edition which received great reviews. In 2018, I changed sides and started working as an implementation consultant for Business Central at a Microsoft Gold Partner Company which specializes in Implementation projects for publishing houses. Here I can follow my passion for process analysis and process modelling, for working with key users on their requirements and consulting them how to make the best use of their systems.
