Dr Scott Lichtenstein is a leadership coach, Associate Professor in Strategic Leadership, author and business owner who coaches start-up founders, C-suite executives and senior managers pursuing social and or environmental impact. Scott is European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) coaching qualified whose past experiences include leadership development of a leadership team in the engineering sector, coaching senior directors in the tech sector, start-up founders and executive directors of NHS practices, think tanks and charities. Scott coached Southampton MBAs for a number of years. For the past three years he has run a managing strategic change workshop for executive MBAs in Ghana for a European Top 10 business school. He hass held project management roles in a UK FTSE 100 company in Brussels, Belgium, and leadership roles at several business schools including Henley Business School, UK. Scott’s latest lead-authored book with Prof. Malcolm Higgs by Palgrave Macmillan, Strategy through Personal Values, was released in January 2022.
Scott was born and raised in Oakland, California and has lived and worked in Taiwan, Brussels, Belgium, London and now in Birmingham, UK.
