Dr. Preethiya T is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Networking and Communications at SRM Institute of Science and Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education and has over 10 years of academic experience.  She is a dedicated academic and researcher in Computer Science and Engineering and her research interests include Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), NLP, and AI-driven data analytics. She has published extensively in reputed journals and conferences, contributing to secured data transmission, energy-efficient routing, and network optimization. Proficient in MATLAB, Python, R, and NS-2 simulations, she actively mentors students and collaborates on innovative research projects. She is a life member of ISTE and a member of IAENG and IACSIT, reflecting her commitment to academic and professional excellence.
