I previously contributed to IASE College, M.A. Road, Srinagar, affiliated with Cluster University Srinagar. A Ph.D. in Education from the University of Kashmir, with a Master's specialized in Educational Technology and teaching experience as a school teacher and over three years as an Assistant Professor, I bring diverse insights to higher education. I've presented extensively at national/international seminars, crafted a research self-efficacy tool, and served as a resource person in online webinars, organizing numerous programs.
