Dr. Giselle George presently serves as Associate Professor and Head Of the Department of Nirmala College of Management Studies, Meloor, Chalakkudy, Thrissur, Kerala. She previously served as the Director of Fyouture Technologies Limited a UK startup working in the domains of Technology training, Consulting and Skill transfer.

She has 16+ years of experience both in Academics and Certification, Inspection/Consulting industry in its Human Resource and Auditing verticals.

Dr. Giselle George served as a full-time Associate Professor (June 2018 - August 2020) and as an Assistant Professor (November 2013 - May 2018) both full-time and visiting in the areas of Quantitative Techniques and Business Statistics, Operations Research/Management Science, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Change/General Management and taught Graduate and Post Graduate level students of Business Administration.

She earned her Ph. D., in the area of Organizational Behavior and HRM from Bharahtiar School of Management and Entrepreneur Development, Bharahtiar University under the Guidance of Prof. R. Venkatapathy – the Dean and Director of the University as a regular UGC scholar. Her Doctoral work was in the area of Employee Engagement: Role of Spiritual Intelligence and Knowledge Management.

She successfully completed fulltime Post Graduation in Mathematics with high first class from Calicut University in 2000 and State Eligibility Test (SET) from Department of Education, Govt. of Kerala. She is a graduate in Education (B.Ed.) and Mathematics.

She has successfully completed IRCA & CQI London approved Lead Assessor course in conformance with ISO 9001:2008 and 2015 Standard and has conducted 14 audits for Third Party Certification for certification bodies.

She was the topper of KAUMAT entrance exam for her MBA from Kerala Agricultural University Department in 2010 as a Federal Bank Hormis Tharakan scholar for both first year and second year covering full fess (Only two students in Management stream from Kerala state is given this scholarship every year).

She is the author of three books, two published internationally from Germany and another from India. Her works are in the area of Spiritual Intelligence, Employee Engagement, Knowledge Management, Leadership, Personality and Social Entrepreneurship. Presently she is working on the Meta-Analysis of Wisdom Literature's and working on two books in the area of Mindfulness.
