Adiuvaret Research & Education Foundation (AREF) is a section 8 organisation (Not for Profit) incorporated with Govt. of India to focus in research and education aspects of human resource development including establishing best practices in skill building across the globe. The team at AREF have also developed comprehensive training programs and certificate courses which would help in developing professionals and teachers in India. AREF also helps in establishing high standards of curriculum and syllabus in a daycare and preschool set up for early child development through well-structured training program.

AREF is founded by Dr Biranchi Jena. Dr Biranchi Jena is a dedicated Healthcare Project Management and Service Delivery Performance Management specialist with significant exposure to operational effectiveness through advance analytics and process reengineering. Dr Jena has spent more than 20 years in healthcare strategy, analytics, project management and M&E functions in healthcare organizations of highest repute and converted those experiences in building consulting modules in Learning & Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, project execution, hospital Management, Healthcare Analytics, Business Strategy, Market Research and overall leadership.

Dr Jena is currently working as an adjunct professor at Dr D Y Patil Vidyapeeth and the research consultant at BVG Maharashtra Emergency Medical Services (Project 108). Dr Jena was the Director at Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Bangalore for more than 3 years to strengthen the research and consulting verticals including the project management practices. Dr Jena was also consultant and advisor to TATA TRUSTS and led more than 20 projects by designing the Log Frame Approach (LFA), guiding the project team and monitoring & evaluation of project outcome and impact.

Dr Jena has led more than 60 healthcare projects, monitoring & Evaluation assignments and clinical excellence projects including clinical audits for better quality outcome, cost reduction and sustainability for different organization of National and international repute. He has also contributed significantly to the healthcare academics by introducing journals like Indian Emergency Journal and Journal of Social Health and Diabetes. Dr Jena has published more than 35 papers in national and international journals and spoken in many international conference. He has contributed significantly to the general management and project management practices by innovating many tools like VEDA matrix, 4 S technique for healthcare markets, Challenge Severity Scale (CSS), Professional Quotient Scale (PQS), TRUE indicators and REAL questions for project performance management etc.

Dr Jena holds a master degree in Economics from Central University, Hyderabad and MPS and PhD in Demography with specialization in Health Economics from International institute of Population Sciences, an institute set up in collaboration with UNICEF and Govt. of India. He was also trained in innovative marketing and leadership programs from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
