I am Dr Adity Bhushan; an electrical and electronics engineer (BIT Mesra) with MBA in Supply Chain from UNC Chapel Hill, and a Doctorate in Lean Project Management from Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva. I am a certified Lean Specialist, with expertise and certification in Project and Service delivery management (PMP (PMI), Agile Scrum Master, ITIL).

A successful Leader with experience in Global Scale IT Transformation, Delivery Management and Business relationship management roles with experience working within Global World Class Organizations like PepsiCo, Unilever, SAP, Biocon, i hold extensive international experience in Process and Systems implementation, standardization-transformation, and maintenance. I have driven large scale and key strategic organizational initiatives from inception to Benefit realization focusing on delivering cost savings and efficient improvements. I take pride in being a big picture thinker and championing Business objective through technology leadership and cost-efficient initiatives; the mantra always being ”Zero Distance to Customer” – which has been implemented and seen success in each of my roles.

I feel honored to have coauthored books on Quality management, Lean principles, Risk management and how they play a role in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with Dr Gopa Chowdhury.

Being an Udemy Instructor is reaching my Zen space where i want to spread the knowledge from my learnings -both theoretical and its practical implications to both students and working professionals.
