Abri Brancken (PhD) has travelled to more than 30 nations for business and non-profit ventures, conducting leadership, personal, and organizational development programs. He is a chaplain, public speaker, and author passionate about 'growing' people and organizations.
Some countries he visited posed significant security risks, so he understands the complexities and challenges of safeguarding oneself. Abri resided in the Middle East during the Second Lebanon War in 2006 and had to shield in bomb shelters during multiple rocket attacks on their residential area. He is a military veteran (South African Defence Force) and has spent the last 20 years engaging in and studying how to prepare for disasters and emergencies.
