Dr. A. Vimala Starbino is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu, India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, a Master’s degree in Control and Instrumentation Engineering, and a Ph.D. specializing in nonlinear control systems.

With over 12 years of teaching experience, Dr. Vimala Starbino is passionate about educating and mentoring students in areas such as robotics and industrial manipulators, Python and C programming, and process control systems. Her research interests include nonlinear controllers, automation, and robotics applications in industrial systems.

Dr. Vimala is known for her interactive teaching methods, which integrate simulation tools and real-time system modeling to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications.
