(Biography)
Born in 1987, raised in Chiba prefecture.
After graduating from a welfare university, working for a social welfare job at the city hall and a child-rearing support NPO. She gave birth to three kids in her 20’s at a maternity home.
After giving birth to the third child, she developed postpartum depression and at the same time, her eldest son developed atopy. But improved with yakuzen and a natural way of living.
In 2019
She became a postnatal day care chef at a maternity home and opened a medicated food cooking class that teaches simple yakuzen and self-care methods.
In 2020
Complete transition to online courses. It has been well received as an online yakuzen class that can be attended with children.
