H. Doğan Aral is an engineer, has more than 40 years of business background. After graduation, he worked 4 years at plants, in Iraq, experienced commissioning periods and operational roles on sites.

When he returned to Turkey, started working on investment projects in a production company. Upon completion of major projects, he continued his career as a manager, working in different departments planning, information systems, budgeting, and strategy departments.

He managed, took active roles in hundreds of projects including company mergers, infrastructure renewals, business process improvements, and strategic outsourcing.

As he believed in the value of case studies, he participated in a 3-year Case-Study program, including workshops and training sessions, contributing to the performance of his case study implementations in training.

Doğan Aral gives training, consultancy, and coaching services focusing on projects, programs, portfolios, and change management concepts. Philippe Morris, Qatar National Bank (QNB), Turkcell, Ford, BSH, Earnst & Young, PWC are some of his customers.
