I have seventeen years of work experience in various engineering positions which are connected with energy supply systems: water supply, gas supply, heating supply, electrical supply, hydraulic structures.

- Metinvestholding. Central plant of iron ore in Kriviy Rig Ukraine. Lead specialist of  Chief Power Engineer Department. 2015-now.

- Metinvestholding, Technological energy shop. Chief Engineer 2007-2015.

- Metinvestholding, Technological energy shop. Master of compressed air station 2005-2007.

I have faced a lot of problems on my path. And a lot of them found their solutions.

There were not only wins but also some failures on the path. And the failures can be more useful if you aim to get better the next day. But also there is no need to fail at the same things that are already known for others, except you.

Now I can figuratively divide my path into two parts: with the experience of using the "trial and error" method to tackle some tough problems and the next with the use of TRIZ tools. So I can definitely tell you that I will never use the first anymore.

I wish I had some mentors before, at the beginning of my path, to turn me in the right direction at once. Now with all my experience, I see that I can be that mentor for others and for you.

I made courses about TRIZ tools to help you turn in the right, the more efficient direction of your path. I share my own understanding of the quite well-known TRIZ tools through real engineering problems.

I'm sure, after diving into the TRIZ thinking approach, you will get the new exciting point of view on any problem through the prism of TRIZ. And as a result, you will change your attitude to any problem. They will not scare you anymore. On the contrary, you will be glad to them - it's true. Problems are actually opportunities. And you will know how to get those opportunities!
