Dr. Divya Nair is currently working at School of Education and Research, MIT Art Design and Technology University, Pune, Maharashtra as an Assistant Professor. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic academic professional with strong perseverance and a genuine love for learning. Known for approaching teaching and research responsibilities with high energy and commitment, ensuring tasks are completed with consistency and excellence despite challenges. She maintains a high standard of honesty and personal accountability, fostering trust, transparency, and ethical academic practices. She is passionate about continuous self- improvement and contributing positively to student development and institutional growth. Additionally, she is the program coordinator of MA in Education as well as the IQAC, NAAC, AISHE and UTSAH coordinator of her department. Her academic qualifications include PhD, MSc [Microbiology], M.A. Psychology, M.Ed., NET with JRF (Education), NET (Psychology) and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Media. She completed her Ph.D. in the interdisciplinary area encompassing of positive psychology, cognitive psychology and education. She has participated in various International, National and State Level Conferences and also published research papers in Scopus indexed and Web of Sciences journals. She has won many state, national and international awards for her research and academic work. She has authored many book chapters and research papers and her work is published in the likes of Springer- Nature, Taylor and Francis, Emerald, Wiley, IGI Global, CRC Press and other famous publication houses. She has 9 copyrights to her credit. Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, ICT and Research are her domains of expertise. Her other areas of interests include classical dancing, singing, writing poems and short stories.
