Sasha began her transformative journey over a decade ago when she traveled to India to study Yoga and Ayurveda. Yoga not only reshaped Sasha's perception of life, death, and personal values but also naturally led her to a vibrant, health-focused lifestyle. She observed its profound impact on her students, many of whom overcame chronic conditions through regular practice and lifestyle adjustments.
Personal tragedies, including the loss of her mother to cancer and her father-in-law to Alzheimer's, deepened Sasha’s commitment to health and longevity. With a background in Cognitive Science and a passion for neuroscience, she immersed herself in cutting-edge research, particularly Dr. Dale Bredesen’s work on cognitive decline prevention and reversal. Inspired by these findings, Sasha advocates for lifestyle changes that not only promote brain health but also protect against other diseases and enhance overall vitality.
Sasha’s journey embodies resilience, growth, and a mission to help others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Jeanne has more than 30 years of experience as a journalist, video storyteller, writer and editor. For most of her career, she worked as a newscast producer and on-air reporter for the San Diego network affiliates of NBC, ABC, and CBS, as well as Cox Communications Channel 4. She garnered 16 Emmy Awards throughout her career as a TV journalist.
As a freelance video producer and freelance writer, she’s worked with a variety of clients including book authors, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and corporations. As her career progressed, she developed a passion for senior issues and health maintenance for older adults. That led to a deep desire to educate others in brain health and lifestyle changes to increase healthspan in older adults.
Her most recent position as Communications Manager for UC San Diego’s Sanford Stem Cell Institute has exposed her to the vast possibilities of anti-aging and stem cell research that may very likely extend our lives to 100 years and beyond.
