Dina Aslamazishvili (Ignatova)
PhD, Philosopher, University Professor in Management, Coach
My basic education is in linguistics and social philosophy, additionally certified programs in gamification, trainer’s expertise, HRM, psychology. For nearly 15 years, I have been educating and inspiring hundreds of people in University Business Administration programs – from Bachelor to Master. My scientific interests are in the field of symbolic management, I have about 68 publications, and I supervise PhD Program in Management in Georgian American University.
I am from Russia, Siberia, with different scholarships I had education in Europe, and finally moved to Georgia. I lived through many changes, and I know that transformation can be painful, and there is a need of some instruments to deal with attitude, not skills, not resources, but attitude, which is the main block in our performance. I changed professional competences – from linguistics to philosophy, from philosophy to communication and coaching, from communication to HR and psychology. I changed the country and the culture, and I know the price of flexibility and adaptability. As a Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics and former dancer and museum performer, I know the importance of keeping flow for success. Currently I am living with my beautiful family – supportive spouse and two amazing daughters (and a dog) in Tbilisi, Georgia.
I have started online and offline education project – bezDNA Mind Academy, offering business trainings, related to soft skills, mindfulness and creativity development. My expertise includes:
· Symbolic Management and Philosophy of Management
· Creativity and Problem Solving
· Coaching for Managers
· Level Three Leadership
· Business Communications
· NLP and Transformation Communication
· Organizational Behavior
· Management Psychology
