About me
Hey, I am Dina,
My life and career is a set of integral events and choices. Majorly, I feel myself Educator, as I teach and train adults for more than 20 years. I like blending different forms and formats, and I strongly believe that learning and development are not limited with mind. Moreover, mind is an element in our holistic system.
I am cancer survivor, twice I had to move through complex treatment and surgery. It helped me to learn that mind, body and spirit are the one. My mission is to reveal their deep connection and guide others on their way of finding their authentic self, to belive that they are already their best selves, and to embody full life in all its spectrum.
In my academic work as a Professor I help students to develop mindfulness and embodiment. In working as embodiment coach, I assist my clients in developing movement practices and take them off the mat to life. With all my experience, I would say that Embodiment (mind-body connection, self-awareness, mindful choice and healthy relationships) is a key skill for life.
As a Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics and former dancer and museum performer, I know the importance of keeping flow for success and inner happiness. I never share with my students and clients anything I do not practice myself.
Currently I live with my beautiful family – supportive spouse, two amazing daughters, and a dog in Tbilisi, Georgia. I live a full life, with its uplifts and hassels, and I can accept my feelings and transform them ecologically into potential. I strongly believe that mind-body connection helps to unlock the full potential we have and live a happy life.
Looking forward to see you in my courses and to grow our network in mindful and meaningful life!
