Grad Coach was founded in 2017 by Derek Jansen, who kept running into the same thing while helping classmates through his own MBA: capable students stuck, not because the work was beyond them, but because nobody had shown them how it all fits together.

Our aim is to democratize access to practical research skills, so that more students can reach their goals both academically and professionally. To date our free content has reached more than 15 million learners, and our doctoral-qualified coaches have worked one-on-one with over 10,000 students.

What we won't do is write anyone's research for them. Every word stays yours. Our job is to help you understand the work and make your own decisions about it, which is the only kind of help that survives the oral defense (viva voce).
