Dennis Sy is the CEO of Sygimho Corporation, a real estate development company specializing in apartment residences across the Philippines. With a dynamic background in leadership and community engagement, Dennis also leads a growing religious organization, Victory Makati, with over 1,200 members in Metro Manila’s Central Business District, applying strategic insight and organizational leadership to both corporate and non-profit sectors.

He holds a degree in Behavioral Sciences, majoring in Social Planning and Development, from De La Salle University, and furthered his education in leadership through the Every Nation Leadership Institute. In 2020, Dennis completed his Master’s in Evangelism and Leadership at Wheaton College in Illinois, combining advanced organizational theory with practical communication skills. He is also a certified Life Coach through Transformation Academy.

As a keynote speaker and communicator, Dennis has been invited to speak by prominent institutions such as Sunlife, Wyeth Philippines, Puregold Conventions, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, where he shares insights on leadership, personal development, and organizational culture.

In the digital space, Dennis engages audiences through his blog, vlog, and as co-host of two podcasts—“Design Your Life” and “Our Parent Hood”—where he covers topics on life strategy, family, and leadership. He is also the author of five best-selling books: Rich for Life, Act Like a Man, Great Sex Book, Giants for Breakfast, and Design Your Life, which explore themes of personal growth, relationships, and purposeful living.

Dennis values his role as a husband and father of five outside of work. His approach to leadership is marked by integrity, lifelong learning, and a commitment to helping others lead meaningful, purpose-driven lives.
