Dennis is a senior registered nurse who has worked in a number of different areas. After working for more than 10 years in intensive care, Dennis left nursing to explore other challenges including Property Investing and Scuba Diving instructing.
On returning to nursing almost 10 years ago, Dennis has become passionate about mental health and it's complexities. In order to develop his knowledge and satisfy his needs to learn more, he worked for extensive periods in a number of different areas. These areas included psychiatric intensive care, drug and alcohol programs involving rehabilitation of recidivism among those with serious drug and alcohol charges, working with minority groups affected by alcohol and finally working with individuals severely affected by mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, depression and anxiety.
Dennis has undertaken extensive training to deliver a variety of courses and has presented to numerous individuals and groups including the police, co-workers and doctors.
Dennis has had a successful real-estate career and is a scuba diving instructor.
Dennis lives in a part of the world called Cairns in Australia. It is a tropical paradise with the majestic Great Barrier Reef on its doorstep. Originally from Ireland, Dennis has lived in England and has traveled extensively. He shares his life with his beautiful wife and their “cutest dog ever”, Nelly.
