I’m a faculty instructor at Arizona State University and an adjunct professor at Southern Oregon University and Phoenix College, where I teach everything from public speaking to persuasion and business communication. Before academia, I spent over 20 years in branding and strategy—helping organizations shape messages that move people to act.

Now, I combine real-world experience with behavioral science to teach others how influence actually works—without gimmicks, scripts, or manipulation.
