I am a former Senior Probation Officer and lecturer of Psychosocial Analysis of Offending Behaviour with over 20 years experience working with people struggling with a variety of complex issues. In addition to my work as a life coach I am the founder and director of a social enterprise, Metanoeo CIC, which trains and supports life coaches to transform communities.

My qualifications include; PhD (Theology and Community Justice), MA Criminal Justice, BA(Hons) Community Justice, BA Bible and Theology.

I am also a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of the Institute for Training and Occupational Learning.
