I started my journey over 30 years ago with a simple premise: Make available to every woman the resources she needs to live a healthy, active, happy and long life. At the same time, educate each woman through Spiritual Life Coaching, and mindfulness how to remain non-reactive during stressful situations! In my youth I lived in an Ashram in Toronto and studied Yoga under the late Yogi Krishan and continued to study Yoga/Mindfulness for an additional 5 years with Universal Ashram. Years later, I discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and began the second part of my mission, which is to help others help themselves become the person each wants to be. The path of Hypnosis that was presented in NLP lead me to become a Consulting Hypnotist, as well as a Cognitive Behavioural Coach, a Spiritual Life Coach utilizing DBT/ACT techniques. I love to use Time Empowerment Techniques along with powerful visualizations and guided meditation in my practice.
