By the age of 20, Daria Kotelenets had already earned a Master’s in Management and a Bachelor’s in Computational Mathematics. For over a decade, she’s been teaching quality management, software testing, and team dynamics—combining academic depth with hands-on experience.

Today, Daria leads the Quality department at an international startup, where she helps shape products that genuinely serve customer needs. But her work doesn’t stop at the product and process improvements—she spends just as much time supporting the people behind it. Whether it’s guiding engineers, product managers, or testers, Daria helps teams grow with clarity and confidence, turning everyday work into a space for learning and progress.
