Self employed technology consultant and award winning computer repair technician since 2004.  I'm also an author and YouTuber.

I've won several awards for #1 Computer Repair in Markham, Ontario.  I've written a book back in 2009 which has gotten me on TV as a guest expert on Breakfast Television, Rogers DayTime TV and Rogers "Week with Shay".  Also I was a regular guest speaker on CKWR FM radio with John Maciel.

My mission is to educate the world with the fast changing technology to stay safe, be more productive at work and feel more confidence with computers.
