I am a writer first and foremost. A poet by my most innate natural abilities, then a communicator and teacher. I have now been a vocational counsellor for over 7 years. Prior to that, I had been a family and divorce mediator, learning this important counselling work in NYC, at the Center for Mediation and Training.

I am a Romanian-American currently living in Romania.

My eyes were metaphorically opened on personal development in 2009, by the work done by Tony Robbins through his many programs. I started with Unleash the Power Within, and it is then that I began learning about limiting beliefs, decision-making and the psychology of the six human needs.

A couple of years later, I experienced The Landmark learning and introspection program in NYC. It has also contributed to my understanding of the limitations of the human mind. I completed a year of Practicum at the Center of Mediation and Training in NYC, which opened my awareness to how the end of a marriage can constitute a moment of breakthrough in many people's lives, when they finally start looking at how they made some of the most important decisions in their lives.

Most of my professional experience (over 16 years) was in the field of communication and training, as well as journalism (I was a news anchor, a talk-show host and magazine editor for a total of 4 years).

Academically, I am a Political Science Grad of the University of Bucharest and I have completed two Master’s programs in International Relations and Global Affairs, one in Bucharest and one in the U.S., at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

I was honored to be selected to participate in an Executive Education program in Global Leadership and Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in Boston, USA, in 2014.

I have served as a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum between 2013 and 2018, and as National Vice President of Junior Chamber International Romania between 2003 and 2006. I continue to serve as best as I can, focusing mostly of young people’s education and empowerment in the past 7 years.
