Having worked with over 70 corporate, government, and non-profit clients over 20 different countries, for a variety of workplaces, from offices, learning environments to research facilities, Damian has developed an approach that can be applied in any workplace environment.
Damian has led projects whilst at DEGW (the consultancy that started workplace strategy and heavily influenced facilities management), as well as global consultancies AECOM, CBRE, JLL and Sodexo. He has built and delivered local, regional and global workplace transformation programs, developed toolkits, training material and created guidelines for workplace design and building management with a human-centred approach.
Notable projects include leading Amazon’s EMEA office transformation program, where he developed and implemented a workplace design and operation that fostered collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity.
Starting his career in hospitality and facilities management, Damian has always maintained a service-oriented focus. He is passionate about enhancing everyday lives within the workplace, viewing operations as a key element to ensuring a wonderful working day.
