I've been been driving change within technology, service and manufacturing businesses for over 20 years. I implemented business systems for clients in a variety of industries and functions; led $800M software product launches; and helped technology startups improve execution in line with their growth.   That's a lot of breadth that mades me an excellent project manager and instructor.

My official credentials: MBA from The Wharton School of Business, Six Sigma Green Belt, Process Reengineering, APICS Certified, Certified Scrum Master, and yes, I never bothered with a PMI Certification.

I get a huge thrill out of helping people and teams meet their personal and business objectives. Because my professional experience and passion is in project and process management, I've spent over 25 years delivering software and developing leaders. The methodologies and tools I have used have varied, but striking the right balance of process overhead and execution agility has always been a focus of my work. Equally important to me is the people side of the equation, where I coach high-performing individuals to reach their potential.
