I have been a yoga instructor for over 10 years and expanded my educational background through new and exciting avenues of fitness. I came to the practice of yoga to understand both the mental and physical challenges presented in the development of discipline. After a two year personal practice I chose to deepen my understanding enrolling in a RYT program at Golden Heart Yoga. It was during this program that I made the decision to utilize this experience and education and become a teacher. I learned the value of a humble approach, developing the skills to triage and navigate overwhelming situations. Non attachment to emotional vices and practical considerations, respect and objectivity. As a full time yoga instructor for numerous athletic departments I have logged over a 1,000 hours as well as advanced as a group trainer within my community.
