He has more than 18 years of experience, and he holds an MSc in Information Technology Management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He has led online healthcare education in Qatar and designed eLearning programmes in the UK and Greece. He specialises in instructional design, microlearning and AI-powered learning, including AI role-play and conversational AI.

Christos is a senior global corporate trainer, executive and performance coach, and L&D consultant. He specialises in leadership, communication and human skills development, using a holistic, coaching-based approach.
