Survive, Sustain and Succeed is my fulcrum to stay on top of any change and I ensure the same to one and all associated with me through training, mentoring, coaching, consulting, knowledge sharing, grooming, developing and finally transforming them to potential resource achieving organizational excellence and personal excellence.

I always appreciate the life given to me from a humble beginning as a customer service trainee at age of 16 to an International Motivational Speaker and Visionary Leader in a span of 24 years, made me realize exponential efforts to improve attitude, knowledge and skill gives an extra ordinary results in life .

Power of positivity rejuvenates my attitude consciously and subconsciously. I feel asking what the world has done for me is escapism and all my small efforts to make this world a better place is heroism. Trained more than 10 Lakh Knowledge Seekers to develop positive outlook in life is my small effort and I am continuing the same with endless positivity.

My Knowledge is firmed up by completing seven degree courses, 14 diploma/certificate courses and 9 years of research on ancient wisdom and modern management principles transforming into Doctor of Philosophy in Management leading to unmasking a famous myth “book worms cannot be successful leaders".

I strongly feel my skills emerge from my subconscious attitude gives me inherent confidence to grab any opportunity. I churn myself to convert an opportunity into potential business by using my knowledge to unlearn, learn and relearn specifics to the opportunity and finally deliver with excellence and passion. My skill of guiding more than 400 + clients to achieve productivity, growth and profit has made me one of the most favorite expert in human resource development and knowledge consulting.
