I'm Cloé, an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a passion for fostering meaningful learning experiences.  I am originally from France, but my heart and teaching journey have taken me across the globe. With almost a decade of international teaching experience, I've had the pleasure of shaping young minds from preschool to grade 5 in both English and French.

Teaching Journey:

My nine years of teaching have been an incredible odyssey, exploring diverse cultures and educational landscapes. Having worked in international schools, I've embraced the rich tapestry of languages and backgrounds, fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Pedagogical Expertise:

I'm a firm believer in continuous learning, having immersed myself in various training programs, including the IB system, play-based, project-based, and student-led learning. These experiences have not only enriched my teaching approach but have also allowed me to lead professional learning communities within schools, implementing innovative strategies and pedagogical approaches.

Bilingual Pedagogy:

Being bilingual has not only allowed me to bridge linguistic gaps but has also opened up avenues for rich, cross-cultural exchanges. I've seamlessly blended my French roots with global perspectives, allowing me to create vibrant and inclusive learning environments, where any and all students feel they can belong.

Workshops and Training:

I've had the privilege of leading in-person workshops within the schools I've worked in. Ranging from "the implementation of the UN Global Goals in the classroom" to "the use of gamification strategies to enhance learning experiences", these sessions focus on the latest best practices and on relevant twenty-first century learning. 

Staying on the pulse of the latest educational best practices is a commitment I hold dear. My dedication to staying informed allows me to continuously evolve, ensuring that my students benefit from the most effective and student-centered learning methods.

Empowering Educators:

I've weathered the storms of burnout in my career, understanding intimately the strains educators face. I've learned valuable lessons that have not only helped me overcome hurdles but have also allowed me to channel my energy where it truly matters – the well-being and learning of my students.

Now, I'm on a mission to empower fellow educators. I want to share the wisdom I've gained over the years, helping my peers reach a level of confidence in the classroom that allows them to savor every teaching moment and guide their students to their fullest potential.
