I have a BaHons Degree, FDA Degree, I am a level 5 Qualified Holistic Therapist, I am a Baby Massage instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Parent Support Worker, Lover of life and always learning and growing on a personal level, and above all else I am a Mum.

My main purpose is to help others find their Zen and balance again and this manifests in many different ways.

My main mission in life is to change the world of mental health one mum at a time as I believe we all start in the arms of our Mothers and they are our first teacher and give us our prospective on the world we will live in.
