Having developed over $950MM worth of real estate projects in New York and beyond, Cian has showcased a refined understanding of the development process with the ability to execute throughout his portfolio of work. He teaches in Fordham University’s real estate program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Economics from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland. Cian is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and a LEED Green Associate.
