At heart, I'm a storyteller. My paintings tell stories about life, about memories, about places you've been in a half-forgotten past, or places you've always wanted to go if you could just remember the name. Seeing one of my paintings is like reminding you of a dream you had years ago but faded as soon as you woke up. My art brings those dreams and old beautiful memories back in a way that you can relive them every day. From everyday scenes like cityscapes and jazz musicians playing in an underground bar, to fantasy and surrealism scenes that tantalize your imagination, my art brings you to that place where you're not quite sure if you're awake or still dreaming.
I've been an artist as long as I can remember. I grew up watching Bob Ross on TV and following along with crayons and paper on the coffee table. Since then I've exhibited internationally and have clients and collectors like George Lucas and Lucasfilm, Disney, Marvel, Fender Guitars, Major League Baseball, to name a few.
I currently live and paint in France, because I love the light, the architecture of the old cities, the food, the language, and the people. And the bread... the bread alone was worth the move.
