Having over 30 years in the hospitality industry, providing extensive diverse experience and perspective.  Starting out in restaurants and bars, then increasing my knowledge with a degree in Culinary Arts.  Leading into working in Operations and Catering Sales including extensive experience in convention centers, arena, exhibit hall, and a ball park.  Working with large national conventions, band tours, sporting events and many other types of meetings over 15 years.  Continuing to offer expertise to the community as a freelance Event Producer.
