Chris has studied martial arts for 10 years, specializing in Kung fu, Qigoing, and meditation. He became a personal trainer in 2015 to better understand the modern advances in fitness. Most of his martial arts instruction was done in his home state of Ohio. However, Chris has also studied in New York city, and Wudang in China. He specializes in Choy li fut Kung fu, Qi gong, Meditation, and weapons such as the broadsword, bo staff, Kwan dao, and daggers.
As a young man, Chris developed a passion for building the physical and mental self. He further developed a desire to share the peace that he has found through exercise and meditation with others.
