Hi, I’m Charliette Cummings – a proud Dallas, TX native with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. My passion lies in helping professionals break into tech, even if they have zero experience. Throughout my career, I’ve supported top-tier health, hospital, and pharmaceutical organizations, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services across multiple U.S. states.

Along the way, I realized something important: most people have never heard of software testing as a viable and rewarding career path. That sparked my mission to educate and empower others to launch successful careers in tech—without needing to code or come from a traditional tech background.

In addition to career training, I also work with business owners to streamline their systems and implement sales automation. Believe it or not, business systems and tech systems go hand in hand—it’s all about understanding how to set them up effectively, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy.
