I am Cesar Yoc, the founder and Executive Director of the Bronx Institute for Urban Systems. I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Science from SUNY ESF and a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College. I've completed my 15-credit courses for the GIS Certificate at the Geography Department at Hunter College. I have over 10-years of experience using GIS and have worked on environmental solutions for over 15-years.
