John Burton Advocates for Youth improves the quality of life for youth in California who have been in foster care or homeless by advocating for better laws, training communities to strengthen local practices and conducting research to inform policy solutions. JBAY works to improve the lives of transition-age youth who have been in foster care or homelessness in three ways: 1.) increase college access and success; 2). expand access to safe affordable housing and 3.)increase economic mobility.
