Dr Carol Hull-Jackson is the director of Hullson Consulting, where she trains and helps clients design and implement food safety and quality management systems in their organisations.
Carol has a Master's in Microbiology, a PhD in Veterinary Public Health, and certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, and FSSC 22000 v5.1 as an internal auditor. She is also a certified HACCP instructor with the International HACCP Alliance.
She has over 20 years of combined experience in consulting, academia, and research, having served as a former university lecturer in microbiology. She has also published research papers on various aspects of food safety, foodborne pathogens, and zoonotic organisms.
