Carlos Plaza is a classically trained musician who has produced 10 studio albums and one live album as director of the symphonic rock project "Kotebel" and the Digital Music Portal "Phaedrus". His "Concerto for Piano and Electric Ensemble" won the "Best Instrumental Album" award in the 12th edition of the "Independent Music Awards (IMA)". Other awards include "Editor's Choice" in the Gibraltar Enciclopedia of Art Rock for the album "Omphalos" and "Best Foreign Album" in the 2009 edition of the ProgAwards for the album "Ouroboros". His music spans a wide range of styles from classical chamber music, to rock and jazz.
