I am a programmer and over the years have become an integrator of technological platforms. I was born in Venezuela and I currently live in Colombia. At the age of 20, I had the opportunity to work as an assistant of the Project Planning and Control Manager of an engineering company. In 1985, the "Symphony - Lotus 123” was just arriving to Venezuela. By that time there were no courses, nor books about the program and definitely nothing in Spanish, there were only a few manuals in English. However I accepted the challenge when they asked me to be the Cost Manager's assistant and help him design a course for the company's engineers. That was my first time making a course about something I did not know. I ended up as an instructor. I learned that designing a course is the best way to learn.

After that I started to explore the financial world as a tester of banking platforms. They hired me specifically because I did not know anything about banks. Funnily enough I ended up as the person in charge of the development of installation disks, the configuration of security policies, the construction of user and technical manuals for 4 banking entities. Not knowing about a subject gives someone a very objective perspective to develop a course.

Nearly 7 years ago I became involved in a new project on the financial area with an insurance and international investment agency that allowed me get to know the main American and English companies that operate in Latin America. I became a financial advisor.

I have developed courses that teach people how to manage the these firms` products. Some of these companies capitalize with indices such as S&P and NASDAQ. Other are investment strategies themselves. During these years I received training from these companies, however when I wanted to trade everything became theoretical. You could only make "carry and bring" investment orders from Venezuela.

There is a financial instrument that has become popular in the last 10 years, it is called Contract for difference or CFDs. It is simply used to negotiate other financial instruments like stocks, indices, currencies, commodities, cryptocurrencies and ETFs through a broker. It allows small investors to act as if they were large. These contracts are available through several platforms and allow anyone to enter with minimum amounts and operate in financial markets as if they were brokerage houses.

In November of 2017 I began to evaluate trading platforms that used CFDs, since these platforms have virtual accounts that facilitate learning to operate without the need to risk real money. My father was entering the world of cryptocurrencies and I thought that this platform would allow him to learn without risks. This course is the product of the research I did to help my father. He now invests on eToro too.

I hope this turns out to be useful to my agency, my agents and anyone who wants to earn more for their money, gain control and forget about traditional investment banking. I selected eToro because it seems to be the most innovative and the simplest one to learn. I have no relationship with the company whatsoever.

New regulations have been implemented and term CopyFunds ™ has been redefined as CopyPortfolios. The speed of technology requires constant updating and so will my course. I will update it regularly.

I have inserted links to videos on YouTube that could further explain some of the things you will learn on this course. However, you must know that none of them compare to this one. They do not have the continuity, the steps, and the practical exercises I will guide you through. I am making my own videos in order to teach about eToro and trading in an easy way.

In addition to this e-course I will start publishing other content related to eToro, the market or trading. When I have enough students I will start to meet with some of them to answer their questions and give them feedback.
