Carlos committed himself to live a life of purpose by following his passion of helping as many people as possible identify their purpose then, put an action plan in place to live their lives according to their passion. Carlos believes that by sharing his knowledge, education, and resources he can impact the lives of others in a positive and meaningful way through empowering them to invest in developing themselves.

Carlos has over 28 years of experience in the corporate world holding positions in general management, sales management, and product management. He has worked mostly in South Africa but has had 8 years of experience living and working in Europe.

Carlos has extensive travel experience in Africa, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and the United States have visited more than 40 countries over the last 12 years which, has exposed him to different cultures around the world.
