I am a hypnotherapist, a sobriety life coach and a SEBN teacher.  I am also researching how autistic people experience hypnotherapy, as part of my Masters degree.   I have journals published online and a podcast channel.  I have  been on my own personal development journal and have found the strategies in my course to be life savers.
